With just 13 points separating the Super Late Model leaders, the 2026 DIRTcar Fall Nationals could decide several national titles at Lincoln Speedway in Illinois.
The October 15–17 event starts with Thursday practice before full racing programs Friday and Saturday. DIRTcar Super Late Models, Modifieds, Pro Late Models and Pro Modifieds will race on both nights, with Stock Cars joining Saturday's finale.
English and Feger: 13 Points Apart
Benton, Illinois racer Tanner English enters the weekend leading the Super Late Model national standings with 2,450 points. Jason Feger of Bloomington sits on 2,437 — only 13 back. English has eight wins in 49 starts, while Feger has 13 victories in 59 appearances. A maximum of 160 feature points are available across Friday and Saturday, making every position significant. The national championship's top prize is $25,000, with $12,500 for second.
Modified and Pro Modified Titles Still in Play
In DIRTcar Modifieds, Mike McKinney leads Cole Falloway 2,197 to 2,155 — a 42-point gap. McKinney's 19 wins in 51 races meet Falloway's 13 in 45 starts. The division's national champion also earns $25,000.
Pro Modifieds are even tighter: Zach Whaley leads Drake Compton 1,499 to 1,478, a 21-point difference. Whaley has 19 victories and Compton 16, setting up another title battle over the final two programs.
Pro Late Model Battles Behind Johnson
Braden Johnson carries a 173-point advantage in the Pro Late Model standings over Ryan Miller, 1,394 to 1,221, after winning 14 of 20 starts. Miller is only 13 points ahead of third-place Chase Wilson, giving the supporting positions plenty of significance as well. The Pro Late Model national champion's first-place award is $12,500.
Friday Bennett Memorial and Weekend Schedule
Friday's Bennett Memorial adds $50 per feature lap led in both Super Late Models and Modifieds. The bonus could be worth $1,500 to a driver sweeping the Super Late Model feature or $1,250 in the Modified feature. A post-race gathering with music by AllNighter follows Friday's program.
Thursday, October 15 is open practice. Friday, October 16 brings four divisions and a scheduled 6 p.m. Central start to the racing program. Saturday, October 17 closes the weekend with those four divisions plus the Stock Cars.
