PRT Early Access Tester Agreement

Effective September 13, 2026

This Early Access Tester Agreement applies to users who receive pre-release access to Pitmark Racing Tools (“PRT”). Acceptance may be recorded electronically through the application, invitation, activation, or other access workflow.

1. Purpose

You are receiving unfinished software so Pitmark Racing Co. can evaluate stability, compatibility, usability, telemetry behavior, overlays, features, performance, and other product characteristics before broader release.

2. Unfinished software

Early-access builds may crash, freeze, display incorrect information, consume excessive resources, lose settings, fail to launch, conflict with recording or streaming tools, or otherwise behave unpredictably. Do not rely on a test build as the sole source of important information.

3. Feedback expectations

Testers are encouraged to provide enough information to reproduce issues, including PRT version, operating system, relevant hardware, simulation/session information, steps taken, expected behavior, actual behavior, screenshots or video when available, and whether the issue is repeatable.

4. Diagnostics

You authorize Pitmark to receive and analyze reasonable PRT diagnostic, crash, performance, session, and compatibility information associated with testing, subject to the PRT Privacy Notice.

5. Public discussion and confidential material

Unless Pitmark expressly marks a build, feature, document, or communication as confidential or embargoed, testers may discuss and show their experience with PRT. You must not disclose credentials, private links, security information, another user’s private information, unreleased material expressly marked confidential, or information that would reasonably facilitate abuse of Pitmark systems.

6. Feedback permission

You grant Pitmark the right to use submitted bug reports, suggestions, ideas, screenshots, recordings, logs, and test results to develop, improve, support, document, and promote PRT. Use of your name, likeness, voice, or testimonial in paid advertising will be handled separately where additional permission is required.

7. Access

Early-access access is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared unless Pitmark expressly authorizes it. Pitmark may end, pause, replace, modify, or revoke early access for abuse, security issues, material program violations, or the end of the program.

8. No employment or compensation

Participation does not create employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or joint-venture status. Unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise, testers participate voluntarily and are not promised compensation.
